Good-bye Earth. Hello Planet 581c! I've seen all I can see here, so it is off into space (a mere 20.5 light years away) to experience this potentially habitable planet for myself.
Star Gliese 581 is dimmer than our sun, so I won't have to worry about sunglasses. But planet 581c is closer to its sun than Earth is, keeping the estimated temperatures between 32 degrees and 104 degrees Fahrenheit, which makes liquid water possible. And hence ... LIFE.
